Process

1. General Introductory Participation is for parents/kids in the “contemplation phase” if they do not know if the program is right for them or if the child will stick with the training/development  Sessions 30 min First Session Free and 20.00 thereafter. Unlimited Free for all kids 3-5yrs old

2. Testing and Evaluation 3 sessions required. This is recommended if the parent and child are seeking an accurate program to develop. Without testing every 8 weeks then we are just guessing.    Free with monthly enrollment 300.00 value/ 150.00.00 for all 3 retests every 8 weeks. Free retests for all monthly clients.

3. Level 1 General Participation for all kids that are not at a competition level . Sessions 60 min 125.00 week/400.00 month/Attend up to 3 sessions weekly. Pre booking required. No limit of participants per class.

4. Level 2 Competitive for all kids that are at competition level  Sessions are min 60 min 125.00 week/400.00 month/Attend up to 3 sessions weekly. Pre Booking required. Maximum Capacity 10 kids per class. 

5. Level 3. Elite Competitive for special population of kids that seek professional level development and have been invited based on merits of testing and performance Sessions 60-90 min    250.00 week/800.00 month. Pre booking required. Maximum 5 kids per class

6. Personal Training  60-90 min   200.00

7. Personal Coaching 1200.00 month includes unlimited group sessions at their level and one personal training session weekly (4 Monthly). In addition, unlimited texting, email and a written program design steered on a monthly basis. Includes advisory on Recovery, Mindset, Strategy, Game and Event Performance, Equipment. Technology, Progressions, Peaking, Diet, Habits, Routines, Lifestyle, VideoTaping.

Child Case History 

Kai Ryder Kerrigan (my son) DOB 8/31/11 Age 7

The only player to plays at the 9-10yr old level at World Class Soccer Club NY Competitive Track and Cross Country Runner with national class speed and endurance Since Kai turned 3.5 years old, he’s done nearly 1200 days of training/competitions in Soccer and Running progressively from 1 mile runs to 6 mile heat runs over a period of 4 years. All of it is done with joy and patience.

Progress 

  • At 2 years old showed early signs of physical strength that were unusual
  • Ability to run twenty 50yd sprints with ease
  • Age 3 he ran a 9:30 mile by just running with me and having fun
  • At age 3.5 I enrolled him in gymnastics, running, swimming and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu BJJ, Muay Thai and Boxing until age 6.5 to help develop

  • From age 3.5 to present the developed incredible emotional, mental and physical abilities. He trusted my training and the coaching I was overseeing.
    • I gradually increased the running from 1 mile to 6 miles over a period of years
    • The complexity of training increased gradually
    • I implemented patience training, breathing techniques, focus techniques and always made training joyful
    • I avoided limiting strict rules and allowed him always to dictate yes or no to any training because it was more about the Long Game and preserving my relationship and trust with him
    • Kids always have the choice to do or not to do
    • I modeled training by metaphors, stories and doing the training with him
    • The training was never negative or stressful. Its all about love and the long game of consistency
    • I avoided any negative associations to training
    • I taught him there is no such thing as boredom or blame
    • Crying is ok as long as it’s not for mere attention.
    • I taught him how to express his feelings with language
    • I showed him he can trust me and I will never violate that.
    • I promised him our relationship and happiness come before any high-level athletics.
    • He became self-motivated, extremely tough and driven to be the best
  • At 5-6 he showed interest in soccer and he told me that was the sport he wanted si he dropped competitive gymnastics, swimming, combat and kept soccer and running as the sports of choice and love.
  • At 5 I focused on his left leg only and made him only train with his left leg/ball like Raphael Nadal the tennis Star was a right-handed player they trained to be a lefty
    He currently only focused on soccer and running.
  • He’s won many 400m, 800m and 5K running races

Kai’s Annual Training Approach

Spring Season

March-May/June
  1. Begin Outdoor Season-World Class Team Practice Tues, Wednesday Thursday, Game Saturday- We base his conditioning program on the intensity of his practices
  2. Transition More Conditioning to Outdoors
  3. Build training volume/workload/overload gradually
  4. Unload every 4-5 weeks, take a week to 10 days (Holiday) completely off for rejuvenation
  5. Unload to Taper for Peaking as the season becomes more Game focused
  6. Maintain fitness as Soccer games take precedence

Winter

December-February
  1. Workload Goes Up
  2. Focus on Strength, Power
  3. Indoor Season is secondary to training
  4. Use Muay Thai, BJJ, Swimming as endurance body strength-power-reflexes
  5. Travel Train, Hawaii, South America
  6. Take the week to 10 days completely off if needed

Summer

June- September
  1. Finish World-Class Season
  2. Begin adding in other coaching, tournaments, and teams for variation
  3. Ramp up the workload, skills
  4. Reduce game Stress
  5. Take a week to 10 days off completely for vacation and body restoration

Autumn

September-December
